No sparks flying from my heels today.
I went out early so it would be cooler - it wasn't.
I downloaded Razorlight to my new ipod hoping it would help - it didn't.
I ran slowly in the hope I could run all the way - I couldn't.
I really really wish I was somewhere else.
Cyprus would be good.
